This page covers the public RCPIT website. It does not describe a venue's own customer records.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you submit: name, business or venue, country, email, website or social media, number of RC machines, and your message. The server may also store the time of the enquiry and the IP address of the request so we can deal with misuse.
Why we use it
We use that information to reply to demo and deployment enquiries. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing the address you used, via the contact form.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored on the website host and, when an inbox is configured, sent by email to RCPIT. Hosting is arranged for UK and European visitors.
